Boiler repair / CP12
From £70
Boiler repair or landlord CP12. First hour, office hours. Extra appliances quoted on the call.
Gas Engineer London
A published first hour, then a confirmed visit.
We do not pretend a boiler swap costs the same as a CP12. The figures above are the ones we quote.
Published starting price: £70 for the first hour of labour during office hours. One-hour minimum, thereafter 15-minute increments. We confirm extra time, parts and out-of-hours rates before we attend. Typical completed jobs sit between £70 and £450.
Boiler install
From £70
Survey and first-hour labour from £70. The full install is quoted after we see the flue and location.
Leaks, cookers, heating
From £70
Emergency leaks, cookers, fires and central heating. Parts excluded from the first-hour figure.
How quoting works
- You send the job type, postcode and a few details through the quote desk.
- We call to confirm access, appliance count and whether it is office hours or out-of-hours.
- The first-hour figure is £70 in office hours. Extra time and parts are confirmed before we attend.
- Card, cash and bank transfer are accepted.
